Everyone’s notion of the word urgent is different. It can mean “yesterday” for one client or “in three days” for another.
We therefore encourage our clients not just to tell us that they want a translation urgently but to specify their available timeframe so that we can tell them how best we can meet their need.
We always endeavour to meet our client’s needs without additional costs. However, for very urgent requirements involving unsociable hours or weekends, express rates may be applicable and will be discussed prior to commencing the work.
We guarantee that agreed deadlines will be met, whether urgent or not.
As a loose guide, subject to availability, language and subject matter, the general turnaround time for a non-urgent translation is approximately 2,000 words per working day.
